After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number. It may take up to one business day (Monday-Friday) for tracking numbers to be updated on USPS, FedEx and UPS's website once the package(s) has been scanned & shipped out.
Most orders ship within 24 hours. Large quantity orders or Custom Label orders may ship within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders placed after 10:00AM on Friday may ship on Monday.
* Orders placed outside the continental U.S.A. will be subject to shipping charges. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico do not qualify for free shipping. Please contact us online or at 1-888-COLDPAK to place your order.

Returns:
All returns must be within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Items must be unopened and in new condition. If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost of return and original shipping (the UPS/USPS/FedEx cost to ship the order to you) will be the customer's responsibility.
We cannot provide pre-paid shipping labels for return shipping unless there was an error on our part.
